Arrival:  Please arrive at least ten minutes early in order to fill out our client intake form and prepare for your massage, both by relaxing your mind and body, and by meeting your massage therapist. If you are a regular client we still recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to describe your needs the your massage therapist.

Yoga students & supplies: We also ask that students arrive 10 minutes before class to set up, warm up and get familiar with the yoga instructor and our space. We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat, block, straps and other materials you might use in class. We have a limited supply of extra mats for use free of charge. We also have a water dispenser, so bring a water bottle if you'd like. The restrooms are located next door in the gallery and can be used as a changing room. Students will need a key for the restroom, please ask the yoga instructor for the key.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located in the gallery next door to Jeromeo. Guests will need to get a key from our front desk or from their massage therapist to enter the restroom.
