Aromatherapy

You can feel the benefits of essential oils through their unique scent. Use a few drops in an essential oil diffuser to enjoy the benefits of essential oil through aromatherapy.

Other aromatherapy ideas for essential oils:

Add a few drops of essential oil to a cotton ball and place in a drawer, closet, basement, garage or attic.

Mix essential oil with water in a spray bottle and use as a room spray

Add essential oil to laundry soap or house hold cleaner


Topical

Essential oils have anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can penetrate skin and provide healing benefits. Use 2-3 drops on area of soreness, temples, scalp and pulse points

Add essential oil to a carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil, almond oil, jojoba oil or meadow foam seed oil and use as a massage oil on body or scalp.

Areas you can apply essential oils:

Arms, legs, knees, joints, palms, and  bottoms of feet

Neck, shoulders chest or abdomen

Temples, forehead or scalp

Other ways to use essential oils:

Add a few drops to body wash, shampoo/conditioner or lotion

Add a few drops to bath water

Avoid sensitive areas such as:

Avoid area around mucous membranes, such as the nose

Injured, broken or damaged skin

Around eyes and inner ears
